Work Descrption: Started to clean engine. First used gunk. Got most of the mud off, then put engine in parts cleaner. After removing the mud found that the chain had fallen off in its past and it had broken a lot of the aluminum around the sprocket... Nothing had broken through, may just leave it as is under the cover.. or I may get new pieces tigged in.

Work Descrption:

Sandblasted the frame, got all of the grease off. Wire brushed what I could not get with the sand. Primed the frame about 6 times throughout the day. Will wet sand, prime again and then paint with gloss black.

Put in cam chain. Cleaned side covers and painted them. Received rings. Started cleaning cylinder, will need to clean head and take out bent valve.

Work Descrption: Triple tree was full of sand because of sandblasting. Took it off and then cleaned it up. Re-greased and assembled. Buffed out aluminum top piece.

Work Descrption: Bolted on swing arm. Cleaned up front forks a little and put those on. Put on front and rear tires so that I could roll frame around.

Work Descrption: Fabricated a yamaha PW80 baffle to the end of the TL125 muffler. Wire brushed it and then painted with heat paint. Also cleaned up chain guard and painted that.
